Last weekend, Fiona and Mel participated in two days of practical training for Level 1 Pelvic Health and Women’s Health run by the Australian Physiotherapy Association 🌟
Over the two days they covered ALOT of content! They are so excited to return to the clinic with their new knowledge and continue helping our clients with pelvic and pregnancy related issues!
Some of the topics they covered include:
- Teaching pelvic floor muscle contractions and prescribing pelvic floor muscle training programs
- Providing treatment and advice around bladder and bowel incontinence
- Assessing and managing a broad range of pregnancy and post-natal conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, de-quervains, vulvar and lower limb varicosities and abdominal separation
- Safe exercise prescription during pregnancy

Secret Agent Society (SAS)🕵🏼
We are excited to be offering this specialised and award-winning program for empowering children aged 8 to 12 who have identified social and emotional challenges.
Bounce Back Health clinicians Sarah Colangelo (Speech Pathologist) and Tia Hafiza (Occupational Therapist) are trained to provide this exciting program.
