🏖 At the Beach 🌊
During the July school holidays, we had some amazing social groups being run here at Bounce Back Health! Have a look at what skills were used during the "At the Beach" group!
🧘♀️ Beach Yoga: To further develop gross motor skills including balance, core strength, motor planning, upper limb strength and body awareness. This activity also helps us get warmed up and regulated for our session.
🐠 Rainbow Fish Craft: To work on fine motor skills including hand and finger strength, finger dexterity, finger manipulation and more to support with skills such as handwriting and self-care skills.
🐚 Beach Sensory Bottle: Join us in our beach adventure and create a sensory bottle filled with blue orbees, seashells and lots of decoration. This activity supports a way to engage in a non-messy sensory play and have fun watching the glitter and orbees float.
🎨 Under the Sea Watercolour Painting: Explore the animals under the sea with watercolour paint and fill your page with various colours. This activity also works on developing fine motor skills such as grasp and manipulation. ... See MoreSee Less
