What does Bounce Back Health Group offer for NDIS?

  • Physiotherapy
  • Occupational Therapy

Allied Health provides a crucial service in the lives of children with disabilities and delays. We help encourage growth and development, and assist families and educators to understand and cope with physical issues and behaviours.

We work regularly with a wide variety of issues such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Cystic Fibrosis, Developmental and Social Delays, and a variety of other impairments.

At Bounce Back Health Group, we do things differently!

Our Therapist love to create dynamic, fun and engaging programs for our clients, tailored to their age level, skills and interests to help reach their goals!

We are experienced in the treatment of all ages, from birth right through to the elderly.

The NDIS can be a confusing and difficult system to work with. If you need help figuring out if you, your child, or dependant is eligible for NDIS funding just ask. We are always happy to help.

Our clinical and administrative staff have a wealth of knowledge about the NDIS. We can help you negotiate the complexities of the service and point you toward advisors and support people that can help too.

Wait List & Cancellation Policy

NDIS appointments are difficult to get and wait lists can be very long. Typically NDIS appointments are booked for 1 hour (45 minutes consultation plus 15 minutes documentation and reporting).

Our services work on a first-in, first-called system. As waiting lists are extensive, when a space is available admin staff will contact clients 3 times via telephone and email to make the first booking. If contact is unsuccessful admin staff will move to the next person on the waiting list.

Cancellation of an NDIS appointment must be done no later than 3pm the day BEFORE the appointment, unless in the case of a genuine emergency. As per the NDIS guidelines a late cancellation fee of the price of the appointment is billed to NDIS funding for non-attendance.

Sensitive and extreme circumstances are always taken into consideration when billing a late cancellation.
