SECRET AGENT SOCIETY (SAS) PROGRAM – AGES 5-8YRS

A program that empowers children to solve the mysteries of social encounters. Intake for this group occurs twice each year, and places are limited.

SCHOOL READINESS PROGRAM – AGES 4-5YRS, 12-13YRS

A Social Group to help navigate the transition of starting school. Groups available for both primary and high school students.

KIDS YOGA – AGES 8-12YRS

A class to target core strength, emotional regulation, while exploring movement and stillness.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMS

A variety of groups, designed to develop social and emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills and meet new friends! Great for boosting you child’s skills during the holiday break.

SPECIAL NEEDS PLAYGROUP – COMING SOON!

Do you suffer from hip/knee osteoarthritis? This program is for you:

GLA;D program

GLA;D is an Australian program designed for people who experience symptoms of hip/knee osteoarthritis.

The program consists of an initial assessment, two education sessions, group training sessions for 6 weeks and follow up consultation.

You do not need a referral from your doctor to join this program, and we have availability for you now!

Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiology services currently have no wait times!

We do have a variety of exercise classes to help you achieve you fitness goals

BEST class

Ideal for over 65s that are wanting to improve Balance, Endurance, Strength and overall fitness. Classes run on a Monday and Thursday morning at our Gawler East clinic.

Clinical Matwork Classes (pilates style exercise)

Lengthen and strengthen your body, engage your core, and release your mind. Classes run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Friday morning

FUN WITH FOOD! FEEDING GROUP

For all your fussy eaters! This program will introduce new foods to your child, in a fun non-invasive way. Children will help prepare, cook and taste foods they wouldn’t normally consider.
