Mums & Bubs Class
A group class for soon to be, or post partum mums and their babies. Run by our women’s health physio, you will be guided through gentle pilates inspired strengthening exercises to help re-engage your core and aid your postpartum recovery. Class concludes with a slow unwind and a herbal tea in hand.

This class focusses on:
- Pregnancy related aches and pains
- Pelvic girdle pain
- Diastasis recti prevention or resolution
- Pelvic floor preparation or resolution
- General fitness and strength
- General aches and pains
All new attendees to Mums & Bubs classes require a digital Pre-Screening via an sms form that can be completed on your smart phone prior to your first class.
This is to ensure our physio has a clear understanding of any personal health and safety information that may impact you when participating in the class as well as to determine the appropriate baseline ability.
