Mums & Bubs Class
From pregnancy right through to post partum, come and join us for a pilates based program focussing on restoring and preparing your body for motherhood.

This class is ideal in addressing;
- Pregnancy related aches and pains
- Pelvic girdle pain
- Diastasis recti prevention or resolution
- Pelvic floor preparation or resolution
- General fitness and strength
- General aches and pains
All attendees to Mums & Bubs classes require a Pre-Screening appointment prior to joining. This is to ensure our team have a clear understanding of any personal health and safety information that may impact you or others when participating in the class as well as to determine the appropriate baseline ability when first attending.
